For urgent replacement or repair of glasses, please contact us using the form below and we will support you to the best of our abilities.
If you have been notified that an order is awaiting collection please do not try to collect from your branch – these will be posted to you directly via Royal Mail Signed-For.
If you have recently placed an order – you may experience an extended delay whilst our optical laboratory is closed. We will endeavour to keep customers updated on orders.
All Premier-Plan Contact Lens supplies will continue on a home-delivery basis unless you receive notification to the contrary.
